Molcajete Guacomole

The ingredients for molcajete guacamole:
1 Haas avocado cut into chunks
1 medium chopped clove of garlic
1 small seeded and ribbed chopped jalapeno
3 tablespoons of chopped white onion
1.5 teaspoons of chopped cilantro
1/2 small-medium seeded chopped tomato

Put the onion, cilantro and garlic, and a dash of kosher salt into the mocajete then mash/grind it.

Grinding the ingredients in a molcajete really brings out the juices of the cilantro, onion and garlic. This is why I like making guacamole in a molcajete.

An avocado cubed and ready to be dumped into the molcajete.

Add the avocado to the molcajete and then start to mash/grind it.

After mashing/grinding the avocado, stir in the tomato. Doesn't it look yummy?! At least if you like cilantro, white onions, garlic, avocados and tomatoes.
